First"Ninggang Cup"Contest of Skills & Quality Ended Successfully

  January 16th,2009,the first "Ninggang Cup" Contest of Skills and Quality,which lasted for more than one month,finally came to a close.This contest was organized to improve employees' skill quality,to train and build up a high-tech team which could adapt well to the strategic objectives of Ninggang.At the same time,this contest was also organized to stimulate and guide the broad masses of workers based on the job to dig into business,to study the technology,to improve skills,to compete in contributions,and finally to promote the long-term development of Ninggang.



  With the principles of "Impartiality,Fairness and Openness",some staff in Production Department,Quality Control Department,Technical Department,Human Resources Department and other relevant departments,were appointed to form a team,which was in charge of the decision of the relevant rules and contents in the contest,and was responsible for evaluating the labor skills of those departments.

  The contest with numerous competitors covered a wide range of items.The whole process was in full swing and in good order. People who got the highest comprehensive score would win the contest,according to the method of assessment tightly combined theory with practice.After an full range of evaluation,12 staff(e.g. Jingcheng He,Lihua Ran in Production Department and Zhenglan Qian,Dailian Deng in Quality Control Department) came to the fore,winning the contest of Skills & Quality.
