1. Rubber Magnet

① Features and Applications of Rubber Magnets

It is mainly divided into Isotropic and anisotropic rubber magnets.

Features: Low price, convenient processing and not easy to demagnetize, with high dimensional accuracy and corrosion resistance.

Application: Isotropic rubber has weak magnetic properties and is mainly used in refrigerator magnet assembly, printed products, and promotional items. The anisotropic rubber magnet has high magnetic properties, so it is widely used in the fields of micro motors and magnetic toys.

2. Injection Magnet

① Features and Applications of Injection Magnets

A. Injection NdFeB

Features: It has both rigidity and elasticity, and can be processed into thin-walled rings, rods, sheets and various special and complex shapes. It can make magnets and other metal inserts (gears, screws, special-shaped holes, etc.) formed at one time, and cracks are not easy to occur. Does not need cutting and other mechanical processing, the product yield is high, the tolerance accuracy after molding is high, and the surface is smooth, the internal uniformity of the magnet is good, the surface magnetic field consistency is good, and the corrosion resistance is strong.

Application: Mainly used in sensors, brushless motors, automotive electronic accelerator pedals, automotive instruments, automotive instrument drives, automotive tachometers, fuel gauges and other fields.

B. Injection SmCo

Features: It can realize one-time molding of complex shapes and can be molded with inlays such as shafts or bushings at one time, reducing assembly processes and improving assembly accuracy. It has strong corrosion resistance, generally does not need surface treatment, and has high temperature stability.

Application: It is especially suitable for precision machines such as automobiles and copiers, many magnetic induction instruments that require high temperature and high humidity environments must use this material.

C. Injection Ferrite 

Features: The magnetic properties of injection ferrite are lower than injection NdFeB magnets, but its price is cheap.

Application: It is suitable for use in sensors and motors with complex shapes and relatively low magnetic performance requirements.

3. Bonded SmCo Magnet

① Features and Applications of Bonded SmCo Magnet

Features: It not only has the characteristics of high precision and various shapes and specifications, but also has strong corrosion resistance, generally does not need surface treatment, and has high temperature stability.

Application:

4. Bonded NdFeB Magnet

① Features and Applications of Bonded NdFeB Magnet

Features: High remanence, high coercivity, high magnetic energy product, high cost performance, easy to process products with complex shapes, sizes and small specifications. Need surface treatment, and has bad corrosion resistance.

Application: Mainly used in office automation equipment, electrical machinery, audio-visual equipment, instrumentation, small motors and measuring machinery, mobile phones, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM drive motors, hard disk spindle motor HDD, other micro-special DC motors and automation instruments, etc.

5. Ferrite Magnet

① Features and Applications of Ferrite Magnet

Features: The cheapest, good chemical stability, low remanence, magnetic properties will reduce at negative temperatures.

Application: Widely used in automotive motors (wipers, seat motors), door suction, exercise bike magnetic control and massage chairs, etc.

6. AlNiCo

① Features and Applications of AlNiCo

According to the different processing technology, it is divided into two categories, cast AlNiCo and sintered AlNiCo.

A. Cast AlNiCo: It has the advantages of low temperature coefficient, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance, not easy to oxidize and good working stability. Mainly used in auto parts, instrumentation, electro-acoustic, motor, teaching and aerospace and military fields.
